• Participates in Yearly Seminars to remain current with new advances in the dog grooming and the pet care industry.
• Graduate of  the “Animal Conservation and Care Program” (now known as the Zoo Academy) located at the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden. This is a highly specialized high school dedicated to the care of zoo animals

Rickey Kinley, Vice-president

• Graduate of  the “Animal Conservation and Care Program” (Zoo Academy) at the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden
• Employed as a Aviculturist at the Cincinnati Zoo since 1993 where he has been involved with several wildlife conservation projects with blue and gold  macaws , penguins and many other species.
• Has published several papers about the behavior management and training of penguins. Paper #1 and Paper #2.  
• Received the “Animal Welfare Advancement Award” from the “Animal Behavior Management Alliance”  at the 2002 conference in San Diego.
• Is a Charter Member of the Animal Behavior Management Alliance (ABMA) and has served on the Board of Directors as 1st Vice-president, Conference Committee Chair, and Site Selection Chair.
• Certified for Pet CPR and First Aid by the American Red Cross.
• AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator

• Authorized Pet CPR and First Aid Instructor certified by the American Red Cross.
